Focaccia bread
250ml warm water
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt (optional)
2 cups plain flour
2 tsp yeast
2 Tbsp olive oil


Method

  1. Get out all your equipment like your Tablespoon, teaspoon, jug, measuring cups and ingredients.
  2. Combined the water, salt, sugar and oil into the breadmaker.
  3. Now add the flour and yeast to the breadmaker.
  4. Turn the breadmaker on and set it to dough then press start.
  5. Once the breadmaker is finished turn the oven on to 50 degrees for 5 minutes then turn it off.
  6. Once the breadmaker is finished get out a tray and lay a bit of baking paper down and spread a little bit of flour out.
  7. Take the dough out then press it into a loaf like shape with your hands make sure the loaf is still a little bit puffy then put what you want on the top and enjoy.
