Focaccia bread
250ml warm water
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt (optional)
2 cups plain flour
2 tsp yeast
2 Tbsp olive oil
Method
- Get out all your equipment like your Tablespoon, teaspoon, jug, measuring cups and ingredients.
- Combined the water, salt, sugar and oil into the breadmaker.
- Now add the flour and yeast to the breadmaker.
- Turn the breadmaker on and set it to dough then press start.
- Once the breadmaker is finished turn the oven on to 50 degrees for 5 minutes then turn it off.
- Once the breadmaker is finished get out a tray and lay a bit of baking paper down and spread a little bit of flour out.
- Take the dough out then press it into a loaf like shape with your hands make sure the loaf is still a little bit puffy then put what you want on the top and enjoy.
